Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

Premium (₺64/month):

• Unlimited AI conversations
• Access to all expert modes
• File uploads (PDF, DOCX, images, etc.)
• AI image generation
• Priority support
• Ad-free experience

2. Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically every month
• Invoices are sent by email at the start of each period
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Troy, Debit Card
• All payments are processed securely via iyzico
• Prices include VAT

3. Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
• Full refund available within 14 days for first-time subscribers

4. Price Changes

Price changes will be notified to existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Account Suspension

If payment fails, your account will be temporarily suspended. If payment is not made within 7 days, the subscription will be terminated.
