Terms governing the purchase of ONE-BUNE Premium subscription and your right of withdrawal

2. Subject of Agreement
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the ONE-BUNE Premium Subscription purchased electronically.

Your subscription renews automatically each month. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to stop charges.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 48 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without stating any reason.
Per Article 15(1)(ÄŸ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation: "The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for non-tangible goods whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent after the contract is concluded."
Therefore, once you begin using the Premium service (first login), your right of withdrawal expires.
Exercising Withdrawal (if service not yet used)
- Send withdrawal notice to: info@skymerge.tech
- Subject line: "Right of Withdrawal Notice"
- Include your name, surname, and registered email
- Full refund processed within 14 days of accepted notice
5. Cancellation & Refund
You may cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation, Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.
6. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, Turkish law applies. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts based on the dispute amount.
