Your rights and responsibilities when using ONE-BUNE AI platform
By using ONE-BUNE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Parties and Subject
This Terms of Service is concluded between SKYMERGE TECHNOLOGY (ONE-BUNE) ("Company" or "We") and any individual or entity using our platform ("User" or "You") electronically.
2. Service Description
ONE-BUNE provides AI-powered assistant services including:
- AI Assistant: General Q&A and conversational AI
- Code Assistant: Software development support and code analysis
- Vision Analysis: Image and screenshot analysis
- Image Generation: AI-powered image creation
- Expert Modes: IT Expert, Student, Social modes
- File Processing: PDF, DOCX and other document analysis
Service Plans

3. User Obligations
Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
- Uploading or distributing malicious content (viruses, malware)
- Producing content that violates third-party rights
- Using automated tools to overload the system
- Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Reverse engineering the platform
- Creating misleading, deceptive or fake content
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice. Legal action may be taken.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, source code, logos and brand names are owned by SKYMERGE TECHNOLOGY and protected by copyright. Users retain ownership of content they create using the platform but grant the Company a limited license for service improvement purposes (anonymized, aggregated).
AI-generated content may be used commercially by the User. However, responsibility for such use lies entirely with the User. For critical decisions (legal, medical, financial), professional advice is strongly recommended.
5. Subscription & Payment
Premium subscription is ₺64/month (VAT included). Payments are processed securely via iyzico. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Troy, Debit Card.
6. Service Suspension & Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for: violation of these terms, non-payment, illegal use, or security threats. Users may cancel their accounts at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
AI-generated content accuracy is not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for errors, service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR and KVKK.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved before Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
