Quick Cancellation
Cancel your subscription anytime from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
1. Cancellation Process
How to cancel:
- Go to Account → Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Optionally provide a reason
- Confirm cancellation
After cancellation:
- Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- Auto-renewal is stopped
- Your data is retained for 30 days (reactivation possible)
2. Refund Conditions
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- First-time subscribers only
- Cancel within the first 14 days
- Full refund, no questions asked
Partial Refund:
- If service was unavailable due to technical failure on our side
- Calculated based on unused days
3. Refund Request Process

- Explain the reason for your refund
- Receive a response within 7 business days
4. Refund Timeline
Once approved:
- Processed within 7–14 business days
- Returned to your original payment method
- Confirmation sent by email
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- After the 14-day period (standard cancellation applies)
- Account suspended due to user violations
- Account closed due to policy breach
- Partial refunds for remaining days
6. Consumer Rights
Your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are fully reserved. For disputes, you may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
